"I had been looking for a new vehicle for a bit, so when I knew exactly what I wanted, which was the Chevy Equinox LT fully loaded. I did all the homework I could ending with TrueCar & Edmunds. I immediately received a call from Lauren with Muzi who couldn't have been more pleasant...Now this was't the closest dealership to me and I just got out of a long few days at work, but after talking with her, I felt that I should at least go to Needham and see how things were going to go. With that said, I received a few other calls from other dealerships and made one appt. for the following day.

I made it to Muzi about 6:45 to be greeted by Eric who is such a wonderful man, not just a salesman! We test drove the Equinox LT fully loaded an of course I LOVED IT so we went back to talk numbers....I was by myself, again, I knew what I wanted and had talked with my husband who was not with me for he didn't think that I was just going to go..LOL I will say Eric asked where he was which I thought to myself, gee usually salesmen don't care, but he was asking. After talking and going over everything I was more than comfortable to make the deal. I then went in with Steve the finance manager who was also very good and I felt he had my best interest as well.

I came back the following night with my husband so he can talk with the guys and feel included, no really he just wanted to make sure all was well and it sure was! So, we let them know that I would be back the following night since it was so late to take the vehicle and what a smooth sale it was. I/we was never pressured, never felt like we was being taken advantage of and will recommend this dealership and great group of guys to all family, friends and co-workers!
Needless to say, I never made that appt. to the other dealership, but did call to be respectful of their time.

Last, I want to give a huge shout out to Rob for helping me with all the technical stuff that I had to get acclimated with for he was awesome.

So now that we have had our new vehicle for a few days we have talked with others who have just bought new vehicles too and none of them has done better than us. They say to ALWAYS go with your gut.
If you're looking for new or used, I HIGHLY recommend Muzi and their great staff.....I thank each one of you and will be back when it's time for a new one.

"After putting an inquiry in for a New Silverado 1500, I spoke with Angela. The deal she mentioned and the friendliness of our conversation led me to come down and look around. She wasn't part of the sales team, but after some persuasion with the General Manager she was allowed to accompany onto the truck I was interested in. After all, I was a woman and felt more comfortable working with another woman since my husband couldn't accompany me. Peter, the Sales Manager, partnered with Angela and between the two of them working with me, I felt a sense of comfort and ease through the whole process. They worked out a great Lease for me and I'm extremely grateful that my husband will be getting the best Father's Day present ever! Also, the other Peter in Finance was very helpful and personable."

Restored my faith in dealer service

"These guys in restored my faith in dealer service. Especially Jeff! Last year I went to another dealer for service, my service airbag light was on, and my local guy wouldn't touch it. I was told that it would cost 1k to fix as they had to replace the entire harness and tear apart the passenger seat to install a new sensor. I was shocked and wanted to think on it for a bit, as that's a lot of cash. I thought about it for a bit and after checking out any other options, I called to make the app to. Noone ever called back so after several trys I gave up. I called Jeff at Muzi and was willing to pay 1k but his guy found some loose wires and fixed the problem for less than 1/4 of what the other guy asked. Then after another year the light came back on again I had no idea if it was the same issue or not but I brought it in and they fixed for ...Free! They could have said anything and I wouldn't have known but they are honest! Which is refreshing in today's world. I for one, am willing to pay for necessary work,but feel like half the time some guys want to do work that's not needed or worse just lie. I am now a big fan Of Muzi Chevrolet and Jeff in particular and will trust them with anything that needs to be done."

We went to Muzi Chevrolet after visiting a couple of other Chevrolet dealers promising a new 2016 Equinox for true car pricing , the other dealers could not come close to the deal , we received from Lou Ponto & Scott McNeil, we ask for a specific price and they said it was workable after 1/2 hour we were signing our agreement on a 2016 Equinox , these two gentlemen were there to sell cars and not bullshit back & forth like other dealers play. Thank you guys your the best Chevrolet can ask for.

I have now purchased 3 new trucks from Muzi over the last three consecutive years for my landscaping business. It all started in 2013 when I price shopped all of my local Chevy dealers. I soon realized that Muzi seemed to be not just the most affordable option for me, but their staff seemed to be the most eager and motivated to do business. Took a Certified Pre-Owned Impala that I bought elsewhere in for the free Oil Change and Tire Rotation today. For some reason the CPO status wasn't in the Chevy system. Tim S in service handled the issue smoothly, no charge and even repaired a nail in one tire for free. Great service! Thanks Tim and Happy Holidays. I also spoke to the other dealership and I'm now officially in the system as a CPO. Great experience with both Chevy dealers!
